These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through www.ateliernourel.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to present our products accurately, including their design, colour, materials, dimensions and fit.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. Such minor differences do not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to its description or to what you may reasonably expect.

Product availability is subject to stock. We may discontinue products or limit available quantities.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil your order due to unavailability, an evident pricing error, suspected fraud or another valid reason, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

Please check your order and contact details before submitting it. If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@ateliernourel.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in euros and are final consumer prices.

Any applicable shipping costs or other additional charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Payment is processed through the payment method selected during checkout. You must be authorised to use the chosen payment method and provide complete and accurate payment and billing information.

5. Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for checking that this address is correct and complete.

Displayed delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you where reasonably possible. Your statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Atelier Nourel remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

6. Returns and refunds

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.

7. Incorrect, damaged or defective products

Products must conform to the agreement and possess the qualities you may reasonably expect.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible at support@ateliernourel.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable statutory conformity and guarantee rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Atelier Nourel name, logo, product names, photographs, videos, text, graphics and website design, is owned by or licensed to Atelier Nourel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Atelier Nourel.

9. Website use

You may not use this website:

• for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;

• to infringe the rights of Atelier Nourel or any third party;

• to transmit viruses or other harmful code;

• to obtain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;

• to collect personal information without permission; or

• to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our rights.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Atelier Nourel is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, improper use of a product or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Applicable law

These Terms and purchases made through this webshop are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. Changes apply from the date on which the updated version is published and do not retroactively alter the conditions applicable to an order already placed.
